Product Description
The UHIP ICE Coat range is the warmest long jacket in the UHIP range, so if you suffer with the cold then this is the one for you! This riding coat is the best investment you will make this winter. It is BREATHABLE and LIGHTWEIGHT, made from ripstop Nylon, and exceptionally soft, warm, as well as quick drying.
It has a sporty look and a two-way front zipper and a high slot at the rear so you can remain toasty and warm both in the saddle and around the stable. After the 3 in 1, it also has the second highest water resistance rating in the collection.
UHIP ICE COAT FEATURES:
- Detachable hood, three zippered pockets, sleeves which can be extended and used as "handwarmers", and elastic straps with press studs that can be fastened around your thighs to prevent the coat from flapping in the wind, keeping you really warm and dry whilst riding.
- The fabric has a membrane on the inside stopping water for coming through but at the same time letting moisture out which is extremely important as it prevents you becoming too hot and sweaty. It is water resistant up to 7000mm.
- Reflective strips to help during the dark months and taped rather than stitched quilting.
- The feel and properties of the "Dupont Sorona insulation" is very similar to down, with the added benefit that it is very quick drying. It is renewably sourced; derived from plant extracts and is therefore environmentally friendly
.
- Suitable for temperatures around +5c to -15c
- Fleece lined pockets and fleece lined collar are a very welcome feature in the cold!
The UHIP ICE COAT is most suitable for:
Those that spend time outdoors who need a coat that can withstand the cold and the rain. This coat also features reflective strips for the darker winter months.
